Our management team and care staff understand the importance of tailoring care to specific needs and dependencies whilst empowering the individual to make their own life choices and continue to lead their care for as long as possible, respecting preference and beliefs.
Each plan of care is carefully considered and formulated with input from the individual, their loved ones and a multi-Disciplinary team of skilled staff members, to account for and accommodate the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each resident.

People come to us from all walks of life, each with different stories to tell, different life experiences and different interests. As well as any physical or clinical needs, we want to get to know the real ‘you’. When moving to The Hamptons, we will formulate a ‘My Life’ biography, inviting each resident and their loved ones to come together to reminisce and collate information about life history, special memories, what makes a person tick and what is really important in a person’s life. Only then, can we offer care which is truly tailored to your individual needs.
Capulet Care, the Senior Management Team are multi-skilled and highly qualified professionals who utilise their unique knowledge and expertise daily, transferring this into excellent practice within the home via collaboration, training, upskilling and development of employees, and undertaking research into new and innovative ways to ensure each resident feels a strong and consistent sense of empowerment.
We support each and every resident to grasp the pleasures life has to offer, big or small, and to retain control of their own lives, with the security, reassurance and as much or little support as they desire from committed staff, who really do care.
